Born in Ecuador and raised in Columbia, Leo has worked extensively in live shows, Television and commercials. Among many of his achievements, television credits include prestigious productions such as The Latin Grammys, Premio Lo Nuestro, Premios Billboard and Premios Juventud. Throughout his career, he has choreographed numerous music videos for the most renowned Hispanic talent and has fruitfully established himself in the industry with choreographies and collaborations with Daddy Yankee, Olga Tanon, Wisin y Yandel, Missy Elliot, Ashley Simpson, and Kelly Clarkson amony many others. He has also taught at many local dance studios throughout the years. His most recent achievement was being named Choreographer of the off-broadway musical "Celia, The Life and Music of Celia Cruz".
