Stephanie Perez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Miami as an infant. By the time she was three, she had begun training formally in the areas of Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Tap. Most of her years were spent at MDA and Joe Michaels. As time progressed she acquired new styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Afro-Cuban, Modern, Pas de Deux, and Hip Hop. Later on, she became a part of the New Image Dance Company where she competed and won various scholarships and awards. Some awards include Hollywood Connection Guest Star Icon, Hollywood Connection Guest Star Overall, Hall of Fame Intensity Award, Outstanding Center Stage Magnet Dancer, Best Stage Presence, and many others. She has performed on stage with Celia Cruz, Marala, and Momentum Dance Company. She has also appeared and performed on Don Francisco, Despierta America, Escandalo TV, and many more.

She is currently a senior at St. Brendan High School and will be part of the graduating class of 2010. She plans to attend Florida International University, and she is determined to accomplish her dream on becoming an Anesthesiologist.
