Since the young age of three, Janelle has been dancing. She began her classical training with Vivian Tobio and was soon recruited into Liana's Selected Workshop (LSW) - a team of hard-working, committed young dancers in hopes to achieve their beiggest dream of being Prima Ballerinas. While in training with Liana Navarro, director of LSW, Janelle won numerous awards including the "Hope Award" at Youth America Grand Prix.

Janelle attended Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, an all-girl Catholic school in Pincecrest, and graduated in 2008. Janelle is now pursuing her BFA in dance at New World School of the Arts College. She hopes to one day fulfill her dream of being a Prima Ballerina.
